Write to team@davait.com. Tell us which device you are on, which version of DubWeaver, and what you were doing when it happened. The version is at the bottom of Settings.
The AI models download once. The first time you open a project, DubWeaver fetches them and checks each against a known checksum. After that it works with no signal at all. Each built-in sound effect downloads the first time you play or add it, and stays on the device after that.
Recording asks for headphones first. Monitoring through the speaker feeds the microphone back into itself, so a take cannot be armed until headphones are connected.
Your work stays on the device. Video, audio and projects are stored on your device and nowhere else. There is no account and nothing to sign in to.
