DubWeaver is a dubbing and video editing application that runs on your
device. It provides tools for importing video, separating voices from a
mix, recording dub takes, editing a timeline, mixing and exporting.
Everything you import, record and export remains yours. Davait, Inc.
claims no ownership of it and has no access to it: it is stored on your
device and is not transmitted to us.
**You are responsible for having the right to use the material you
bring into the app.** DubWeaver is a tool; it does not grant you any
right in anybody else's film, music, recording or performance.
Separating voices from a copyrighted film and redistributing the result
may infringe copyright, moral rights, performers' rights or
personality rights depending on where you are. Do not use DubWeaver to
infringe anybody's rights, and do not use it to impersonate a real
person.

If your subscription ends, you keep your projects and a set of basic
editing tools, so that you can open, finish by hand, and export work you
have already made.
The voice separation feature downloads a machine learning model to your
device on first use. It is used only on your device. Results vary with
the material: a mix that never separated the voices cleanly in the first
place will not separate perfectly here either. We make no promise about
the quality of any particular separation.
We aim to keep the app working, but we do not guarantee it will be
uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change between versions.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the
fullest extent the law allows. **Keep your own backups of anything you
cannot afford to lose.**
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Davait, Inc. is not liable for
indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost work or lost
profits. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount
you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your
country.
You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may terminate
these terms if you breach them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United
States, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where the
mandatory law of your country of residence applies.
